Airline Spares America (ASA), founded in 1993, is a worldwide after-market distributor of aircraft parts and engine spares for Boeing, Airbus, and regional transports. ASA is seeking a self-motivated professional with proven managerial experience and a successful track record in aftermarket part sales.
Director of Sales and Operations Qualifications:
• A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in aftermarket commercial aircraft and engine part sales
• A four-year college degree from an accredited university
• Established relationships with suppliers, distributors, trading partners, and other industry contacts
• Vast knowledge of Boeing, Airbus and Regional aircraft/engine types
Director of Sales and Operations Responsibilities:
• Lead and motivate the sales team to design and implement strategic plans to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Ability to develop and cultivate current and new accounts
• Capability to manage various projects and work within tight deadlines
• Develop and promote weekly, monthly and quarterly sales
• Possess excellent negotiation and leadership abilities
• Exhibit excellent written and verbal skills
Job Type:
Full-time in office
Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Sales Account Executive Qualifications:

Sales Account Executive Responsibilities:

Airline Spares America, Inc. (ASA) - a leading aircraft and engine parts distributor established in 1993 - is seeking a talented and experienced warehouse assistant to join our team. Seeking a self-motivated, detailed-oriented professional with a proven track record in warehouse responsibilities.
Job Description:
​
Individual will maintain an in-depth working knowledge of aircraft parts and warehouse functions such as tasks related to researching, shipping, purchasing, and receiving of inventory. Responsibilities include any or all of the following activities related to receiving, storage and shipment of materials including:
• Physical stock verifications
• Inspection and receipt of aircraft parts
• Record and scan all technical data related to the receiving process including part number, serial number, tag and traceability information
• Inspection and shipment of aviation parts
• Packaging and heavy lifting of aviation parts
• Use of FedEx and UPS software to generate AWB information
• Communicating AWB information to each customer
• Communicating and coordinating any QA issues with the team
• Forklift use (training provided)
• Computer data entry
• Quality Assurance Manual proficiency and application of the guidelines and processes within
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

​​• Process inquiries and perform research using a variety of resources including the ILS, Stock Market, OEM websites.
• Send responses and/or price quotations to customer inquiries via email/fax/phone.
• Process, research and expedite sales orders to customers and purchase orders to vendors.
• Create, modify and/or update customer/vendor account records.
• Research and analysis of current stock items for market value and/or repair cost.
• Communicate and coordinate stock requisitions between operations and the warehouse shipping department.
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct to appropriate personnel.
• Audit sales order and purchase order files for QA conformance.
• Full cross-training rotation provided through all departments including customer quotations, vendor quotations (obtaining and sending), sales orders, purchase orders, shipping & receiving, as well as quality assurance and our quality management system ASA-100 certification.

• A four-year college degree is a plus and experience in sales support is a must (preferably aftermarket commercial aircraft and engine part sales)
• Strong computer skills – specifically Quantum system
• Exhibits excellent written and verbal skills
• History of established relationships with suppliers, distributors, trading partners, and other industry contacts a plus
Sales Support Associate Responsibilities:
• Partner with the Sales Team to enter data, make calls, and help drive sales
• Manage various projects and work within tight deadlines
• Communicate effectively with the sales team, vendors, and airlines via phone and email
